Web portal management
Create a unique website that promotes your team, use it to post important content for your sports organization and the community. Teams can be linked with affiliates to share information, while all of your data is kept private.
Registration, payment and management
The online registration allows parents/players to register and pay online. Management can instantly approve the application and notify the registrant, while existing players are automatically rolled over based on their age group from the previous year. All team rosters can also be viewed online and printed for filing.
Scheduling, scoring and standings
Each team can publish schedules, practices, games and tournament dates, and has the option of being viewed by the public or members only. Game statistics can be posted after every game and kept on record through the website. Standings can also be calculated automatically and posted on the website.
Registration management
Each player registration is listed and organized by registration date, player information and status, and payment information and status. The registration status (pending, approved, or rejected) is colour coded for easier viewing and management.

Team management
This function allows Management to keep a list of registrations for teams, games and tournament. Sports organizations can easily manage several clubs and divisions at the same time, with specific information listed separately.
Schedules and standings
Game schedules can be listed for public calendar view and can be downloaded through our function. Games can be organzed by game type, division, tier, and event. Records of each game can be kept, listing participating teams and divisions, points earned, and wins/losses.
Calendar
Team Management can update and keep a calendar list of games and events such as tournaments and playoffs, and their locations. Sports organizations can use this function to schedule executive meetings and important deadlines.
Event setup and event registration management
Management can create new events and list details such as dates, pricing and brief. Through the function, Management will be able to control the list of registrants and applicable payments.
Community news & info
Management can use this function to upload important documents such as bylaws, executive meeting minutes, and all important announcements. With notifications set up, selected user groups can be notified of new postings.
Blast email newsletter
Instantly send out important announcements or newsletters directly to selected user groups such as team members or parents/guardians.
Umpire Incident reporting
Umpires are able to create and process incident reports, with a full list viewable through a dashboard. All reports can be downloaded and filed.
